Got opinions about films? Join one of our Young Juries!
Sponsored by First Light, the juries start during the October half term holiday to look at a selection of films from the Festival and choose which one should win the First Light Film Prize. here are two juries, for 7-11s and 12-15s.
· All travel expenses paid to the cinemas where you'll watch the films (mainly the Barbican Centre)
· Chance to meet film journalists and learn from them more about how to be a film critic
· Special invitation for you and your family to the Closing Night Gala where the Prizes will be handed out
· A chance to meet new friends, watch films, eat nice food and have a good time!

Please note that parents' permission will be required and parents will be asked to accompany younger jurors to all film screenings. Deadline to contact Corinna is Monday 17 October.

Welcome to the website for the very first London Children's Film Festival, which kicks off this November at the Barbican and at other cinemas across the capital - the festival will be an exciting blend of the very best family and children's films from across the world combined with a unique educational programme, London has never seen anything like it!

As you will see, the information about which films are showing during the festival, along with more information about the educational programme and workshops/special events are yet to be announced, but keep an eye on the website for updates from the beginning of September or better still, sign up to our email updates to get news on the festival FIRST, FAST and FOR FREE.
