PREVIOUSLY

This building stood on the other end of the bridge from the houses of parliament. It's been empty for 20 years, and had to be London's most sinister traffic island. Finally it's coming down, but you can kind of empathise with the original GLC designers - who were sad that it had been neglected and left to rot.
